Aim of National Association of Private Employers (NAPE)
To facilitate a collective body with a membership of Employers, across all Industries, with the aim of empowering members against powerful Trade Unions.
To assist each of our members with Day-to-Day telephonic advise on Industrial Relations and Labour problems, in house problems and to provide proposals on Medical aid, Pension, Provident funds and other matters.
To assist our members, in dealing with the Day-to-Day attendance's on Labour law and Labour problems, in house problems i.e. disciplinary hearings, counselling sessions, retrenchments, employment contracts and in - house procedures.
The National Associat of Private Employers is staffed by Qualified Labour Specialists and Attorneys' with vast experience in Labour litigation and is supported by various well known Labour Specialists, Attorneys and Advocates.
