On the appointment of an employee, the employee will receive his employment contract and the following will be dealt with;
- Explaining the employment contract,
- Job description,
- Disciplinary procedures,
- Grievance procedures,
- Counselling procedures,
- Signing of all abovementioned documents
After the completion of the above, the following will be dealt with at the induction;
- Induction to the workplace,
- Remuneration and payment thereof,
- Hours of work - overtime,
- Leave, sick, annual, maternity and public holidays,
- IRP 2 form,
- Drivers licence,
- Copy of ID documents,
- Pension / provident fund where applicable,
- Explaining the job, scope of work and probationary period,

- House keeping rules,
