AIM OF NAPE HR & IR OUTSOURCING

To facilitate a collective body with a membership of employers, across all industries, with the aim of empowering members against powerful Trade Unions.

To assist each of our members with day-to-day telephonic advise on Industrial Relations and Labour problems, in-house problems and to provide proposals on Medical aid, Pension, Provident Funds and other matters.

To assist our members, in dealing with the day-to-day attendance’s on Labour law and Labour problems, in-house problems i.e. disciplinary hearings, counselling sessions, retrenchments, employment contracts and in-house procedures.

The NAPE is staffed by Qualified Labour Specialists and Attorneys with vast experience in Labour litigation and is supported by various well known Labour Specialists, Attorneys and Advocates.

During an in-depth investigation into the functions of an HR/IR manager, the need for an extended effective & efficient service was identified.

NOW, MORE THAN EVER, IS THE TIME
TO CONSIDER THE OUTSOURCING
OF YOUR HR/IR DEPARTMENT
OR PART THEREOF.

HOW CAN WE ASSIST YOU?

  • We can supply HR/IR Managers of different categories as needed. For example, should you need to draft or discuss a restraint of trade/ intellectual property agreement withstaff; we will send a person qualified to deal with the issue.

  • On the other hand, a person may be required to deal with a matter at the CCMA/Bargaining Council. A person qualified to deal with this will be allocated to you. The same can be done should you need to conduct a disciplinary hearing.

  • The HR manager can also assist employees with problems they might have in the workplace. This will result in increased production if problems can be resolved effectively and efficiently.

  • The HR Manager can assist employers with the implementation and updating of an Employment Equity Plan.

  • All work done will be done on the client’s premises and no documents will leave the client’s premises.

  • Most importantly, the HR Manager’s schedule can be arranged, within reason, to fit the requirements of the employer. Furthermore, should it happen that there are more than one issue to deal with; more than one manager can be allocated to the employer.

  • Our managers are qualified to assist with the preparation of arbitrations / court hearings and the drafting of legal documents.
