PROVIDENT / PENSION FUND: NAPE has registered its own provident / pension
fund during 1996. We believe that we have
compiled a significant provident / pension fund
to the benefit of our members and our member’s
employees. Should you require an advisor to
consult with you concerning information, please
do not hesitate to contact us.
LABOUR RELATIONS SEMINARS: Please note that from time to time we offer
labour relations courses in categories such as
Labour Legislation, Labour Relations Act and
Basic Conditions of Employment and various
others.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
- Outsourcing of your payroll, for a free
quotation – please forward to us a full list of
your employees and we will forward a quotation
to you.
- Human resource assistance – should you require
the services of a Human Resources Manager and/or
Assistant, we can provide these on a temporary
basis, i.e. 1 week per month or 1 day per month.
EMPLOYMENT EQUITY ACT: NAPE provides an Employment Equity guarantee to
their members, pertaining to Section 21 2(a) and
the applicable fines as per Schedule 1 of the
Employment Equity Act, No. 55 of 1998, which is
subject to the following:
- All meetings / consultation times
scheduled with the designated and selected
parties must be adhered to at all times.
- Time constraints as set out in the Work
Schedule marked as Annexure “A”, and any
additional NAPE notifications must be adhered to
at all times.
- Three (3) days notification in writing
must be filed from either party, if any problems
are encountered.
- Should the employer not adhere to the
above mentioned conditions it will result in
retraction of the guarantee mentioned herein
above.
BEE SCORE CARD: NAPE is not an accredited company to issue score
cards, however we do have agreements in place to
assist our clients with there score cards.
